– Who we are and what we do –
Welcome, mortal! And yes, we’re trying to be funny, since you’re probably already bored from all kinds of dry intros.
We’re glad you were curious enough to read our story. Thanks a bunch for your interest and, without further ado, let’s dig in.
Our idea started – like any other great idea – over a cup of rich dark coffee.
We managed to squeeze into our tight schedule a small get-together to vent and recount our training adventures.
Half joking, we started talking about the inevitable frustrations that bug the hell out of every trainer we know.
If you don’t know what they are, don’t worry, we’ll tell you: it’s when you slowly die, drowning in your own sweat due to seeing the participants fast asleep in their chairs or chatting on Facebook, scrolling, and scrolling until their fingers catch fire.
All this, plus a personal encounter with a so-called salesman who …let’s just say he was more likely to make you leave the shop than buy anything – and it was the magic combo for everything that followed.
(Come on, you surely know the kind of salesman that tries to push down your throat a product you don’t want to buy, talking and talking like a broken record, not leaving you alone? Exactly! That’s what I was talking about! You can make so many mistakes in the selling process without even realizing it!)
But let’s move on 🙂
We can’t remember when exactly the magic moment occurred, but it all started with a rhetorical question: “Hey guys, wouldn’t it be great if there was a training course where people could play and learn how to sell while they’re at it? I mean, I’m sick and tired of presentations that confuse the hell out of me and send me to sleep.”
So yeah, the idea was too good to let it go. And now fast forward: after dozens of hours of discussions and discussions and even more discussions, plans, and drafts done and redone, and testing … voila! You’re here, and that means the idea worked.
A few words about us? OK, OK – it will be our pleasure.
You must have already realized that we are more… non-conformist and we like to do things “differently”. After all, that’s what we want. We’re sure you also meet every day all kinds of bored individuals, so we decided not to be like that.
We are a team consisting of 3 core trainers with national and international experience, who are tired of standing by the classic teaching-learning “rules” (which we know don’t work anymore).
What? Are we, by any chance, still in the 17th century?
And that is how we decided to turn the world on its head and make a change – to bring into class something more modern, more efficient, and more adapted to our current learning rhythm, more flexible and more adaptable according to one’s needs. In a word, SELLification.

Mission and Vision
Our vision is for salespeople to become the architects of experiences – architects who conjure vivid images in the client’s mind and sell according to their needs so that the client will return every time with a smile on their face.
Our mission is to develop sales skills via interactive simulations of the entire purchasing process.
*It may seem somewhat sophisticated, but we don’t want to lose our charm. In short, we want to guide people to learn how to sell in a pleasant, efficient and brain-friendly way.
We strongly believe that the best way to learn is by experimenting. Regardless of any theory, you may read, in the end, what really counts is practice, since through practice you obtain the kind of knowledge that stays with you forever.
Last but not least, we want to say a few words about the pillars on which our entire activity is based. We believe this way you’ll better understand our concept, and hopefully, we’ll also manage to impart some of our enthusiasm.

We have transformed the whole SELLification experience into dynamic activities. Thus, whether you participate in a simple training course or you’re getting your trainer certification, the process is the same: you learn by doing.
You get into real sales scenarios, where you need to respond to objections, you start teaching your first training course during your certification, and you switch places with your client to better learn about what to do and what not to do during a sale in order to increase your conversion rate.
We show you the psychological processes behind the sale
Probably 70% of the success of a sale depends on the ability to adapt your message to your client. Otherwise, you’ll probably upset your client and he might leave.
What we’re showing you is how to identify and recognise these cognitive patterns, and what you have to do to adapt them, so that you may be able to close the sale, even when dealing with the most demanding customers.
We provide you with real-time customized feedback.
What you do not notice about yourself is most likely to be noticed by others. It is for this very reason that we have created a system where you receive multiple real-time feedback.
Thus, what you do can be adapted and improved so that you can then move on to the next development level. We learn, we have fun, and we support each other – only in this way can we improve as professionals.
